Ashley Saras, a native of Orange City, Iowa, graduated from Northwestern College before spending a decade in corporate marketing. In 2018, she transitioned to real estate, combining her passion for architecture and interior design with her dedication to helping clients find their perfect homes. Known for her attention to detail and warm, client-focused approach, Ashley values the relationships she builds in her work. Ashley joined the Epic Realty team in November 2024, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Iowa Realtors and Northwest Iowa Board of Realtors. Outside of her career, she’s a wife to Chris Saras and a mom to three growing boys—Cash, Nixon, and Oakley. She enjoys balancing her professional life with family adventures, volunteering and watching sporting events.
