Jennifer Jansen, ABR, CRS, GRI, REALTOR®, BROKER/Owner of Epic Realty, Inc., is a graduate of Dordt College and has been a full time REALTOR® since 2005, offering representation to buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate in Sioux Center and surrounding areas. Jennifer is a member of the Iowa and National Association of Realtors, the Council of Residential Specialists, as well as the Northwest Iowa Board of Realtors. Jennifer has served on the board of the Sioux Center Chamber of Commerce along with co-chairing community events such as Summer Celebration and Women’s Expo, she is a graduate of Leadership Sioux Center, on Ignite Vision team and an executive board member of Sioux Center Health. Jennifer volunteers at local ministries and is involved in the community. Jennifer has stepped into a larger advocacy role in the real estate industry, serving as the Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman Randy Feenstra since 2020. Jennifer serves on the NAR FPC Advisory Committee since 2023.

This designation is earned by completing advanced professional training and demonstrating outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate.
In 2016, Jennifer received her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute Designation. As a GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), Jennifer has an in-depth training in real estate technology tools, is well-versed in both local and national legal issues as well as additional knowledge and skill to help guide you through any real estate transaction smoothly.
