Annie joined Epic Realty as Office Manager in 2025, bringing her organization skills and marketing expertise to support the team and enhance client experiences. A Sioux Center native, Annie graduated from Dordt University in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Marketing. She loves being part of a company rooted in the same community she calls home and enjoys using her role to serve others through intentional, client-focused work. Annie lives in Sioux Center with her husband, Trey Hinote, and their two Bernedoodles, Wrenner and Penny. She also serves as an assistant coach for the Sioux Center High School Girls Soccer Team, combining her love for the game with mentoring young athletes. Her heart for community and connection fuels her desire to grow and continue making a positive impact.
