Doug Julius joined the Epic Realty team in 2016 as a Sales Associate. He served as a civil engineer for over 40 years and served as the Sioux County Engineer for 37 years. He was instrumental in monitoring and improving the road systems in the County. Doug and his wife Connie, live in Orange City and are passionate about the community and being helpful to you and your real estate needs.
